Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer two shipping options:

Express Shipping

  • Cost: £4.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ferrati is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
